I read about this morning (London time) and was overwhelmed with sadness for her and anger as to how this sub-human could do it. This is just evil.

Seems to be a copycat of a London time event:

Charming fellow. Can't wait for the excuse (and argument from the lawyer).

That's a pretty brave guy that kept following him, though. Should get a reward.

It can't be described as a 'copy cat', the one in London happened years ago and knew his attackers.

The man who followed him was very brave indeed. It's not too far from my old Neighbourhood and use to drive by that very bus stop,

Ugh, the poor soul's name is Violet and she's apparently elderly and in critical condition.

There is a photo of her in the link in the article comments section. A kind person who is familiar with Violet from living in the area has started a fund for her.

Didn't this happen last week in Norwalk CA? Is it in the same area? It was mentioned in the article. here is the story

In any case, I agree with Kaylene. This act was evil. I can't imagine the suffering.

Absolutely disgusting. Ya, lets hear his defense for doing such an atrocious crime. The world seems to get a little crazier every year. I'm a firm believer in an eye for an eye justice. Just take him out and burn him up. Show him the same consideration he showed his victim. But instead we have watch out we don't violate his rights. Then pay big money for his prison stay as he sits getting fatter and having all his health care taken care of as well. We need to think more about justice for the victims not some claptrap political rhetoric, but real justice. How about shipping him off to a Mexican jail, it would be much cheaper. One lifer could easily cost the state a million dollars to keep alive. That convict isn't worth a nickel let alone a million bucks. That poor woman, she might have thought life was about as bad as it could get and this happens to her. Its nice that some people care.
