You cannot compare L.A. to San Diego! I don't know why people always do this.
Oceanside (O'side) has a rough part of town near the "Back Gate." This is where a kid shot dead a
police officer and he was recently convicted of it! There are Samoan Gangs and Hispanic gangs in O'Side that go back for generations.

It doesnt matter white, black, hispanic ,asian all these groups pose a threat to the public when they call themselves gangs. Gun running, drug dealing what ever it is its all threating. White gangs exsist as much as any other group its just their agenda and outlook is much different. they (white gangs) reek more havic upon one another, than most other gangs, their all still little boys playing games not knowing when to be men. The white gangs and political agenda I can understand but jeeeeeeez they all need to grow up.
