Doesn't surprise me with all the wannabe thugs getting pitbulls. Just last week a woman in Palmdale was mauled to death by those monsters, and a few days later a wheelchair-bound old man out in Georgia or the like suffered the same fate.

Now I gotta prepare for the minions of pitbull apologists to start snarling at my comments like I slapped their firstborn child and telling me how pitbulls are such warm and loving creatures, how their newborn baby plays with their 120# pit all the time, and how it's the owners' fault not the dogs'.

How come you rarely if ever see pit bulls in upper middle class neighborhoods?

Why Are Pit Bulls Popular with Certain Classes of Folks?

Nothing more I love than a good dog (of any kind or mix) ... and who's to blame them for their dislike of mail carriers ... after all, they read human expression and body language better than we do ourselves ... and how often does the mailman bring money and good news ... and how often bills and notices of [insert here: IRS audit, notice of action against for ... new municipal lien for ... _____________] ...

Actually, I see a lot of upper middle class folks around here with pits and pit mixes. I was surprised how many there are.
