Remember that paintball incident that happened in the San Fernando Valley? I think it was 1996. It made it to national news.

And check out the guy they interviewed, Thomas McDonald. He kind of looks like a pornstar from back in the day.

I don't remember ever seeing this, but I'm wondering why you're bringing it up. Are you one of the shooters? It's too bad when these thugs were shooting innocent victims, somebody didn't open fire back at these punks with real bullets.

I can't imagine how it must have hurt to get hit point blank. My daughters Father used to play and in the game, where the people shooting at him were at a distance, he would get bruises on his extremities where he had been hit. Even if he was wearing jeans.

It's switched over now from drive-by paintballs to "Fire in the Hole!", where the brats throw whatever they bought at the drive-through back in the cashier's face. Some people just don't summons up much creativity in their leisure plans.

My ex-husband used to manufacture parts for paintball guns and owned a paintball store. One day while clowning around, he "accidentally" shot me with a paintball from about a foot away. I was hit in the upper arm and it hurt like hell! I had a bruise going pretty much all the way around my arm for about 3 months - originally a nice bright blue-black-red, which eventually faded to a lovely yellowish color, and a huge lump at the point of impact for about a month. I couldn't imagine somebody being shot in the face with one of these, especially at close range. This could put your eye out, or cause serious damage to a person.

As a road cyclist, I've had railroad spikes, bags of rabbit food, and a big Hershey bar thrown at me. No kidding.

There aren't any real repercussions for those punks, so they act out whatever their retarded minds think up. If you want to decrease crime, increase the severity of the punishment, and I'm not talking jail time. Of course, bleeding hearts would rather the victims suffer than the perpetrators.
