I'd be surprised if it didn't happen in one year.

It happens every year.

I went to Our Lady of Malibu 1967-1973 taking a school bus from/to Canoga Park every day. Just about every year there would a fire and we'd have to call the school to see if Malibu Canyon was closed.

Everytime I hear about a big fire, I wonder when fire technology will improve.....gel that can cover a house, some kind of water system around the worst areas, or some kind of fire proof housing.

I know very little about fire fighting, but its sad it keeps happening every year. Hopefully it wont get any worse..
