unless the thinking of the IOC changes drastically, there are 0 new permanent venues being proposed in this plan so it's pretty much a non starter as far as I'm concerned.

The aquatics stadium would be turned into a soccer stadium for the re-branded Chivas USA & Farmers Field looks like will be built as well.

The soccer stadium next to the Coliseum doesn't exist yet. That one will be built where the current LA sports arena is. Farmers Field still isn't officially dead yet, so its still possible, plus its part of the LA plan. If it were dead, they wouldn't even consider adding it to the plan.
