I am moving back to LA after years out of state. However, this time I will be living alone (cue sad violin
) and as a single, young, female and I am looking for a place that is safe, affordable and close to work in the Paramount Studios area.
I have lived in Burbank (too far IMO) and Cheviot Hills area (great, if I can find a place). I am looking to spend no more than $1500 (I can maybe budge at $1600) for a 1bd/1ba that allows a cat.

There are lots of apartments around paramount studios that will never make it to the Internet. You'll have to drive around to find them.
