I need a section 8 owner within Los Angeles County jurisdiction just outside of the city of la in an independent city as soon as possible. I'm due to be moved out of my project based section 8 next Thursday. I am able to financially move in right away with deposit and regular full market rent while the unit is under inspection before section 8 payment kicks in.
