Hello, I am looking for a new residence. I currently live in Newport Beach. I have been looking at homes in Los Angeles but the garages are way to small. I have a 16 car collection and I need room to store my cars. I have talked to a developer and he told me my best option is to build a subterranean garage. Has anybody had this problem and how did you deal with it? I don't want to have to do any serious construction.

And I have a 100 tanks in my left pocket, where can I store them?

But nonetheless, if you are serious, I honestly don't think this forum is the right place to ask those questions, but you still might be able to find a solution through it, but contact professionals in the business, do a bit of research on Google and you'll find the answer.

Are you Jay Leno? With enough money and enough land, you can do it. I've seen 12 unit apartment building with over 12 spaces, cost about 2 Mil. So really a house with that much land might be in the 3 Mil range.
