Hi everyone, I will be relocating back to the LA area and I'm looking for some good spots to commute to and from work in Old Town Pasadena. My hours will be from 8-5pm. I'm already aware of pasadena, glendale, and burbank being great options, but I'm a young male in my early 20s so I'm looking to be close to the hollywood nightlife, especially in regards to the cost of using uber on the weekends. How would the commute be from the following areas: east hollywood, west hollywood, los feliz, silver lake, echo park, mid-wilshire, and k-town? I'm open to other suggestions as well.

If I were in your shoes I think Los Feliz, Silverlake and Echo Park would be best (in terms of commute + being close to lively areas). Downtown LA is an option as well.

The best nightlife is in Downtown LA, not Hollywood and if I was in my 20's, Downtown is where I'd want to be and I'd use the Gold Line to commute.

WeHo is probably an hour during rush hour, maybe a bit more, bit less depending on specific locations.
