What good would McCain or Romney have done for them?

I thought, wow, a party. Expected to see a list of bands, maybe a special appearance by the man himself.

And it either or them were president and came to LA, we'd have the same traffic jams we have with Obama. It's because he's the president - it'd be the same with whoever was in office.

I had to drive from the Westside to Palos Verdes this afternoon. I eventually gave up on the 405 and resorted to Sepulveda all the way down to the peninsula -- the 30 mile journey took me 1.5 hours.

Thanks a whole bunch, Gweneth Paltrow. BTW, I find your films to be simple, and you probably could not act your way out of a wet paper bag.

And you're a terrible mother:

Obamajam got its name because of the number of cash raising missions the President has done. You would think that with his clients he could hold a private party in the White House and they will gladly fly to go see him. They might even pay more.

Maybe things changed after 9/11? I remember after the Rodney King riots President Bush came to town. He was driving around with the window open touring the damage. His motorcade cut me off as it turned from Arlington onto Martin Luther King. The passing took little longer then what it takes a paramedic and fire engine to clear the route. Before President Obama I never remembered large scale street closures through both Bush's and the Clinton era with what seems like a square mile buffer zone around the great man.

Maybe W. Bush never came to town because stars didn't give him money?

He's the President of the United States, and the first black one at that. What must one do to be a great man in your eyes?

Be a true leader and a good president, for starters.

And stop blaming problems on the previous president.

And don't marry an anti-American.
