Hi folks, I'll be down in LA in March and I'm trying to get from Anaheim to San Fernando, and it looks like my best bet will be to hop from an Orange County Line train to an Antelope Valley train, but I want to time the transfer right. How reliable are Metrolink trains (in terms of on-time arrival)? Just from reading Metrolink's twitter feed, it looks like trains are constantly delayed (esp. Ant. Valley).

Presumably someone else will jump in here with daily experience, but for what it's worth I've been on the Orange County route multiple times (although not enough to be an expert, by any means) and it's always been on time. I've never been on the Antelope Valley one, though.

I've ridden the Orange County line before and it always seems to be on time, but I think Antelope Valley constantly runs into delay problems because of extra freight traffic.
