And there is lots of diversity.

If it is so bad, why do all the movie stars and celebrities live in California?
Because that's where their work is. Their are some that don't, they fly in when they have a job to do and right back out when the work is done. And like many people when its time to retire they are gone.

Default A Spanking

Pinch my pituitary gland I cannot speak about the tricking and snickers that I feel as I am flinched into the graceless untried life of the convict and I wail to think that I must spend on more day with a dredging licked wound community that must muster its strength and smashed sight back to work and back unmanned. I see sinking and huffing and flub and no no has dumb. Hungy, when you are too stepped and too stung, it will not take and you will not take and you will not take and you will not take and you will not cake. Do not cake, we understand. 'thoughtless...........'

graceless, look at that, did you see that, look at that, did you see that, look at that...

When I moved to Los Angeles 20 years ago, Van Nuys was starting to go down the tubes, but Northridge was still a prime area to live. Now it's all gone to the dogs.

Manhattan Beach is nowhere near a shabby neighborhood. It's miles away from anything shabby. Paying a-million + for a house fronting the beach could never be near anything shabby.
