I thought it might be a cool change of pace thread around here. What are some of your favorite movies that are based on/in LA? There are many that come to mind, but some of mine are.....

Chinatown (Jack Nicholson) and I think Faye Dunaway. Great period piece around the early water struggles in L.A.

I've never seen that. Is it a pretty old film? I'm gonna head to Blockbuster later and see if they have it.
