Really, is T Boyle's quieter than other pubs during the night?

I already know all the Lucky Baldwins and Congregation Ale. Never been to Kings Row.

Honestly I don't know. The ones you mentioned don't bother me noise wise and neither does t Boyles. It is definitely a large amount of space so I feel it's quieter though.

Well, it is meant as an exciting party atmosphere that will hopefully attract more who seek inebriating libations. Kind of the way some restaurants like to aim a fan out towards the boulevard full of a potentially famished public. Try somewhere like Starbucks or even a diner if tranquil chat is what you prefer over the festive party beat.
