I think all residential properties in El Segundo are in the El Segundo school district. The parts in the Wiseburn School District/Centinela Valley part have businesses.

I've heard the elementary school in Hancock Park is fine. Around five years ago (dunno if it's changed) lot of the Asians send their kids to the middle school (the orthodox Jews wouldn't do such a thing), but it's high school when things get dicey.

It's possible Burroughs has separate classes for higher achieving students
