Default Average rent in West Covina/La Puente area?
I'm about to rent out my house. It's technically in La Puente but it's borderline West Covina.

It's a 3 bedroom home, 2 baths for about 1500 sq. footage. Well kept.

What is the average rent nowadays? I've never rented out my place nor have I ever rented myself so I don't know what's the market for rent right now.

I'm guessing $2000?

Check this out. I wouldn't take this as gospel, but it does give you some indication of various rent rates in your area.

I just plugged in $2,000 per month in West Covina, CA.
