And is the 200K (= $200,000) figure that you wrote accurate? If so, you could pay full freight for four years at CSUN, including room & board.

WHY? It sucks and even natives are fleeing. The only reason anyone would live there is if they have family or grew up there.

Just curious, if you have cousins and an aunt here, why are you asking strangers about cost instead if just asking them?
