You are giving high exaggerated figures in your posts. Why, I don't know but you're going to get called out on it when it's obviously incorrect.

I'm glad that you think the 22 year college graduate is going to make more than $1,039,374 next year.

I wouldn't move to LA. Its overpriced. I'm from here and I don't think it's really worth it. Unless you have a lot of disposable income. The weather is good but the traffic is get ting worse everyday. Culturally most of LA is mostly Mexican immigrants . Latinos from Mexico or some Mexican-Americans or Chinese, Korean /Asian Immigrants with pockets of some Hollywood industry type white people on the West side and some rich areas like (South Bay) Palos Verdes and Pasadena and Malibu . Wasp-y Republican/Suburban White People In Orange County and some conservative suburban white people in Ventura County.

Seriously. It's not just the men either. Those Armenian women can be just as bad.

Thinking about it maybe you'll find your place within So Cal but the Cost of Living is expensive.Your probably used to it being from Chicago but , its ridiculous here .. Maybe the sunny weather and the cosmopolitan amenities will make up for the expensive price tag..

You're young, and if you don't mind roommates you could easily live in a decent area without needing a great job, and you likely won't have to sacrifice your happiness or sanity to do so.

When you hear things like how crazy the COL is in CA or how unaffordable it is, it mostly applies to people who probably have much more priorities than yourself. (kids, mortgage, etc.)

Of course, when you get older, and your standards of living inflate or the above circumstances start applying to you, then you might start to worry about it.
