Hello,

I am going to move into to LA areas pretty soon. I'd like to know some information about places to look for apartment/condo/house and general pricing.
I have two kids 8 and 6 so I want a good school district, safe/clean area. My company is in Pasadena, I can live in surrendering areas as long as commute time is within 45min. I probably will rent first, apartment/condo/house are OK.
How much I am looking at for a 3 bed room /month? What are those places I should look at?

Thanks

You should expect to pay around $2000 for a decent apartment in Pasadena though...
However, the city has good areas and bad areas, but I would say that it is generally a safe city with everything that you could possibly need....

Take care!

I absolutely LOVE Pasadena...but if I had kids, I'd live in South Pas. It's a separate city with stellar schools.
