Okay so i hear alot of pro transit users agreeing with Metro's 120$ Billion expansion plan, however the timeline is a deal breaker for some. They are willing to vote no because they might be too old, retired, or dead by the time all the projects are complete. But if you think about, your vote has the power/influence to change Los Angeles for the better for future generations, including your grandchildern.

So is it selfish?

But it's like the idea of dieing with a guilty conscious. Would you rather die knowing your money will go to your family or die knowing it'll be wasted and go to the bank?

An urban lover/native angeleno who cares about the growth of the region would vote yes regardless of timeline.

Your not losing anything if you vote yes. I want L.A. to be better in the future, and I truly believe this whole suburb craze was a mistake.

This 50 year freeway experiment has gone wrong. Now we gotta deal with this sprawl and reunite like how we once we with the Pacific Electric Railway.

Perhaps think of it this way: your generation created the problem, so take some responsibility for fixing it.

No it's not selfish, it's common sense the way the government waists, squanders your money. I'll definitely vote no.
