A long time ago I had a 35 mile commute each way to a job I loved but had to quit because of the traffic which sometimes made it a 3 hour drive each way. Some other people can tolerate it though, not sure how but they do.
Why didn't you just move closer to the job you loved?

Well yes, I did think about it for about half a second but it was in a fairly unsafe neighborhood that I had no interest in living in, besides being too far from everyone and everything I know and love. All the surrounding neighborhoods were gross too. Obviously there was a good reason and there it is though that should be obvious and I don't really know why you'd care.

My point exactly.....it drove me insane....it is not how human beings should live, but I am moving anyways to a more serene environment.
