People need to realize that there are more vehicles in the city of Los Angeles than total vehicles in some states.
That being said, many wind up in a police chase because the vehicle was stolen.

The have seemed to so down in occurrence. Or for some reason over the 10 on the westside doesn't draw the formation of news helicopters that I used to see flying south over the 110 on their way to a chase 10 years ago.

I agree, you have to be a moron to find it the slightest bit entertaining watching some criminal minded moron being chased by the cops. It's dangerous and pathetic. The support the last two bozos got was a very sad commentary on current society. But then again, look at who was high fiving them and applauding them.

But yet, this is what I will have to deal with when I move there.

Car chases or the Polar Vortex?

Just wait till the weather gets hot.

Then you'll be transfixed on the occasional afternoon police car chase.

There were some doozies last year!

Anybody remember the guy who bailed his car and ran into the neighborhood, through the yard, lost the cops and walked around the neighborhood till the cops found him at a corner strip mall?

how about the dude who was sitting on top of the apartment building for hours till dark?

Entertaining live drama at it's finest
