it's incredible isn't it ? That you can get a nice 10 year old apartment for $800 in Henderson NV but anything 10 years old in LA costs $2500+, and something 50 years old and run down costs $1700 in LA and $550 in NE Vegas.

Saw an ad today advertising new luxury apartments " from $3500 a month " .. That for would for a 1 bedroom .

They are furnished units but ..$15,870 per Month? For a 1 bedroom ? Then it goes up to over $60,000 a month ?

looks like its a concrete tower that will collapse i.e. Dr Lucy Jones expects downtown LA concrete towers to collapse in the next quake in the Salton Sea
