But no need to rent, there are 1 & 2 bed apts in my building worth over a million.

Also, LMAO @ the places you posted. They are not even in WeHo. They are in chit-tier hollywood proper. GTFO with your limited knowledge.
I'm sorry that you seem to not know the borders of your city. Perhaps this will help.

999 North Doheny Drive

Google it.

Your level of intelligence is outstanding.

I'm willing to bet you're a Bernie Sanders supporter.

That's the address of the place you posted.

Should we all point and laugh at you now?

999 North Doheny Drive. That's also the address of the place I posted.

Should we all point and laugh at you now? The other one is literally on the other side of the street from Weho. It would be a direct comp for anything within a 1/4 mile radius.

Still LOLing @ ur HOA. And you think it will be cf positive. Hilarious.
Good luck getting even 2500 a month for your broom closet. You might as well have bought in dumpster tier Hollywood and got something habitable for things other than small children.

Smug and wrong is a bad combo, just FYI.

Good luck getting even 2500 a month for your dump. You might as well have bought in dumpster tier Hollywood and got more than a broom closet to live in.
Meanwhile an apt of exactly the same size as mine in a LOWER FLOOR is being rented for 3,500/mo.

Enjoy paying rent in Valley Village.

Except it's not. Show me anything close to that on westside rentals or CL.

I don't rent, nor do I live in North Hollywood, nor do I live in a rat trap like you do just to brag about my zip code. Must be such a pain in the ass having your bed come down from a wall every night. Must really get all those Weho dudes hot and bothered when you show em that.

Oh, so you live in $hitville and the nearest restaurant is 38 miles away.

And it's Olive Garden.

The funniest part is people who buy large places only to be at work 80% of the time and use 10% of the place. LMFAO.

10 years from now I could sell the place I live in and buy a 6 bedroom mansion elsewhere. But I would never do that because more is not always better.

Cool. 10 years from now I could get a 6 bedroom mansion in your pathetic village, but I'm more interested in Newport.
