Here is a video of some guys smoking Spice AND Crack on Skid Row

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H9GxxzzkWEs

I wonder if these are the guys that Garcetti wants to build $400,000 per unit housing for..
Then they can smoke Spice and Crack in a nice new apartment!

Makes me wonder if these 10 that overdosed were actually also doing crack too..

And possibly other drugs too.

IMO social services generally doesn't put people like that in a private apartment. People like that are placed in supervised housing.

One reason why some people become long term homeless is if they don't abide by the rules (no drugs or other illegal activities) they are evicted.

Do they have the Bath Salts yet in Downtown LA?. Or, maybe they already did and now are moving onto this Spice garbage. Sadly, there is no hope for some people.

There's lots of bars and luxury apartmetns in Skid Row, or at least where parts of Skid Row used to be.

Is the city actually going to run those checks on the homeless , and disqualify them from housing if they don't pass ?

Why do you complain so much about topics you don't understand at all?
Who will pay for it ? The money will come out of thin air?

And looks like you're at the forefront of it, hypocrite. From the Visa thread:
