Default how is this apt Barton Vineyard in Redlands?

My husband and I are moving to Redlands pretty soon and we found this apt online which looks nice (Barton Vineyard 26630 Barton Rd. Redlands, CA 92373). Are there any apartments in Redlands to recommend? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to apartmentratings.com to see reviews for a particular apartment complex. I personally don't like that complex because is new (built in 2007) and doesn't have any trees. I like my shade in the summer. It's also close to the train tracks and the train can get pretty noise at times so be prepared to hear it a lot. I live in the Parkview Terrace complex, (same road, just 2 blocks away) which i think it looks much better and cheaper. Rent is still pretty high, but hey...it's California! There is a pretty big park in here and the complex is right across from stater bros. I've lived here for almost 3 years and i never had any problems so far. It's very quiet, sometimes i wonder if there are actually other people living here. There are 2 sides of this complex. I live in the left side, which i think it's smaller and much quieter. My apartment faces the park. However, in the weekends, the park has scheduled soccer games, so you might be woken up pretty early in the morning. I guess it depends on how well you sleep. Anyway, i hope this helped a bit. Just go and visit some of the complexes around. Make sure they do have a washer and drier included!! If you didn't live in a apartment before, i assure you that is a necessity!!
