I live by Downtown and many medium to small amazon packages that started coming immediately following Black Friday are half open or fully ripped.

Like somewhere along the way there's person who opening them checking if anything valuable inside and then takes it out or leave it be.
Most shipping boxes look like damaged, but they are open in a way that allows quick access to see what's inside.

My USPS is 750 W 7th St, Los Angeles, CA 90017

Someone noticed similar behavior?

Most likely shipping damage and poor packaging. The way they treat these packages is almost comical if you saw how they are tossed around.

Is your mail delivered in a locked secure box? I live in Santa Clarita and mail theft has been rampant here lately. A lot of people are getting packages stolen from their homes as well as people stealing regular mail for identity theft
