That has absolutely nothing to do with the mainstream media, and everything to do with Trump's belief that he can run the United States government like he's the CEO of a business. He can't. No one can. Take a government class.

I never mentioned anything about infrastructure in Republican states either, so I have no idea why you even bothered to bring that up. The fact stands that he will need to get his infrastructure project through Congress, and there is doubt that Republicans will have the stomach for it. No more, no less.

Trump has to take bold action . Yes you are right he will face opposition but does that mean he shouldn't do anything ?
Trump seems willing to fight harder for his agenda that he campaigned on than Obama .
Nobody should be surprised about what Trump is doing now because this is what he's been saying during the campaign.
Too bad media didn't focus as much on policy and too much about Howard Stern tapes etc from decades ago .

It was ridiculous on CNN them digging out Howard stern interviews everyday .
I believe you will see Congress working with him .

As for Los Angeles, even if Trump gets his infrastructure project off the ground, what Los Angeles (and other cities like it) will get might honestly depend on how far Trump decides to go when it comes to witholding money from sanctuary cities.
NY Senator Schumer wants to make sure President Trump gets NYC the funding for the next phases of the 2nd Avenue subway as well as other projects in the NYC area. But in NYC is a sanctuary city so it is hard to know what will happen in the future. Not sure if NY Senator Schumer cares about L.A. area infrastructure and public transportation improvement/expansion.
