I've been watching the temp's in L.A. since May and I've been putting off coming down there, as this Las Vegan can't deal with Both heat and humidity, and I've booked 11-7-11/8 so it had be cooler by then, as I'm so lonesome for L.A. I could

3 weeks ago, figuring it would be nice and cool in the Bay area, surprise, surprise! I was mostly in Berkley/Oakland, but it hit 85-90 both days! I could hardly navigate!

And let's not hear the expected response: You should be used to the heat in Las Vegas.

But, but, but! Does the humidity level ever get as low as 3% down there?

Only in Southern California can you visit in July and have a high of 72 degrees and visit in almost November and its 104 talk about erratic unseasonable weather. I was in Phoenix in July and it was cooler than it is today.

This weather is anomalous. I have never experienced weather like this, this late in October. The air itself is hot and thick. Last time I felt air like that, I was living in the desert.

It just got painfully humid in the last 20 minutes. You people still think indoor malls are a bad idea here?

I don't remember a Thanksgiving here that was ever predicted to be this warm.
