Hello!

I am possibly relocating to LA to work at Cedars Sinai, and I am looking for advice on the best place to live. I have been to LA many times to visit and I love the Beverly Grove area, but I know visiting and living will be very different experiences. I would love to live close to Cedars if possible, bit also want to consider safety and lifestyle factors. This would be a cross-country move for me and I would love any and all advice.

Thanks!

What's your budget? I ask as Beverly Hills is nearby but I don't know if that would suit you. Looking for nightlife, younger lifestyle?

My goal is to find something decent for about ~$2000/month. I'm 25 so am looking for an area where I could hang out and meet new people, etc.

While they are a little further away, I'd also consider areas like Sherman Oaks / Studio City as well as Culver City. You'll get a little more bang for your buck compared to areas in and around Cedars.
