Interesting article . It is an interesting area along with shadow hills .
It's kind of crazy you can be in Pacoima with its grit and industrial nature and then within minutes there is Shadow Hills and it feels like being in the country somewhere , you see the horses stables and everything .

The retail area of Tujunga is a little run down but I think has potential .
I know the area is pretty anti development though

Article mentions homes in the area went up 25% in one year.

No way that's sustainable .
