Manhattan Beach Girl
Hello!
I just found this forum and wanted to know if others might be using it that are reminiscing. I grew up in Manhattan Beach in the 60's & early 70's and really miss it. I only think of it as I left it. I know there is probably a name for people like me who don't like to think of change, but I like it that way. Some of my friends are still out there. A close one I lost track of for the first time this Christmas...probably why I found the forum while trying to locate her. Any who...would love to hear from others that are my age and grew up there. To me, it is the best place around. They called my sister Murf the Surf and I spent everyday I could on the beach. yah, back when the boards were made of wood. Sad and missin' a lot, Stu
