Definitely seems like the Warner Center /Woodland Hills area will look different in the near future .

I didn't realize the Warner Center 2035 plan allowed for no limit to building heights , seems rare for la except in Downtown L.A and mid wilshire area .

More and more it's becoming obvious as well how many of these projects are funded by Chinese investors .
---

Demolition and preparation work is set to begin soon in Warner Center on a 274-unit apartment building, joining a recent crop of residential projects sprouting up as part of changes taking place in the commercial area, according the developer.

The company is “excited” to be part of a building boom that appears to be happening in Warner Center, which is under the Warner Center 2035 planning blueprint that allows for more density, and no limit to building heights, he said.

Chinese developer plans to demolish Warner Center buildings, replace with 7-story apartment project – Daily News

What happened? First Americans lost jobs and wealth to China. Soon they will be renters to Chinese landlords right here in their own country.
