What about the people that already get paid to pick up the trash with our tax dollars? They supervise the homeless or sit around and do nothing?

While it's a good idea, I don't think most homeless people will be reliable enough or motivated enough to do this job. They happily add to the problem, but they don't want to clean up after themselves or their fellow homeless. They just want to receive free handouts and nothing else.
