Oppression of the entire community and big bucks are the portion for the "public servants " and advocacy groups .
Everyone else needs to be an empathetic volunteer.

How many more will post inaccurate information about the homeless, no matter how many times it's disputed?

Myth: California’s homeless are from somewhere else -- and moved here for the mild weather and social services.

Reality: Experts say this is one of the most common and inaccurate assumptions about homeless Californians.

You know what’s especially transparant and funny here about jm’s proposition in particular is that all those rv’s and other vans, cars, trucks people are living in? ... authorities can (and do) see from license plates (and registrations) that they are local ... and any quick check can also reveal length of time of local ownership.

Out of state plates are a magnet for law enforcement to intervene when spotted any area more than a few weeks.

But hey jm, carry on with your campaign of misinformation.

3000 more what? Homeless? From where? Central America?

Are you really so unaware of the history (especially political history) of both immigration (legal and illegal) and homelessness to think you can pin either crisis on either party ?

Rhetorical question, obviously.

Fair warning Samiamnh! That's gonna be an underestimate if greasy gavin wins - if gavin loses jerry will try to empty the prisons before he leaves office.
They are early releasing or simply not prosecuting more criminals every hour.
Many of them are going to be forced onto the streets etc - many will commit more crime and make more money for the "public servants" and "pro crime pro homelessness " advocates
The rest will simply be zombies driven to give up on life by the liberal handout slavery machine
Gavin will laugh at the billion dollars of taxpayer dollars squandered this year alone - The exacerbation of this issue is gonna fit the liberal mold --
Difficult and very very expensive

Fact ; many do come here because of the liberal policies

I didn’t say for sure most are from out of the area . In the valley many appear to be from out of the country too.

All the policies from the party in charge have failed despite tax increases etc

Absolute nonsense. Most homeless who come here from other places did so because of a job offer, or an invitation to stay with friends for family and when those opportunities fell through they became homeless. What do you think, that a guy who is homeless in Dallas does a web search for "liberal places for the homeless" on his laptop and then buys a plane ticket to LA? Why don't you stop and think about how stupid that is? The poor are the least mobile of all people, 30 years ago they could hitchhike but since that's gone by the wayside what do you think they do, walk here from across the US?
