So I am one of the few bozos that completely forgot to schedule a reseveration at a restaurant for Valentine's day. Anyone have any suggestions or know of places that are not all booked up?? The few places I was planning to put in a reservation are already fully booked so I'm kinda clueless on where I should take my girlfriend.

Good luck. I tried a week back and the only places I could get into (in my area DTLA) were price gouging special menus.

My cousin actually just booked a reservation at this restaurant in North Hollywood named the Eclectic this morning. I've never been there, but he told me that it has just reopened after taking on new management. He told me he was surprised to find still spots available, so I'd say it's worth checking out.
Heres a flyer and a website I found online
The Eclectic Restaurant | Fine Food and Spirits

I'm assuming their prices should be pretty cheap to attract customers since they just got under new management and changed everything.

I've been there before but for brunch . They offer bottomless mimosa , champagne or sangria during brunch .
Was pretty good .

I've eaten at Eclectic as well - it was pretty good. No good suggestions here, with a toddler at home our Valentine's days have been either at home or a family friendly joint. But maybe think of something outside of the box. Is she a big beer person? Try a craft brewery. Does she like to go outdoors? Maybe a private picnic at the beach/hike would be nice. Good luck!
