The homeless know they can get away with any crime, so they have no incentive not to attack people and commit all sorts of crimes. No doubt this dirtbag will get off due to having a "mental disorder", like some of the sublife who I have seen attacking people - that is, if he is actually caught, which is doubtful in the city of L.A.

Another reason to build the camps.

The last time this happened about a year ago, it was some homeless lady that assaulted an 83 year old Korean lady in KTown.

Story of attack on 83-year-old Korean woman went viral. But police say there's no evidence it was racially motivated
