The national guard should be in charge of law enforcement.

I've met more teenage guardsmen, that have more class, dignity, and professionalism, than the meat heads in law enforcement.
Please don't paint all of us with the broad brush.

People interject all their own stuff into these issues. Let's keep it to the facts.

The girl who put her feet up was verbally combative but she is not the one charged with battery.

You can watch the uncensored full video in the OP, it was the "supportive bystander" who spat on the cop at 7m29s. She was the one charged with battery and got the $20,000 bail / $2,000 fine.

I have a long and sorrid history opposing the LAPD, but I support the cops in this single issue.

A whack waste of tax payer dollars. All for putting a foot on a seat? Her own seat at that. She wasn't blocking anyone.

Then the second arrest was a typical contempt of cop arrest. That cop was petty as all hell. His investigation was not obstructed. He was butt hurt that a woman was calling him on his BS.

You would think with all the actual crime on LA metro this guy would have had more stuff to do. This is that petty NYPD, Bill Braton BS LAPD has been on, since that carpetbagger ran the dept.

You have to have enforcement of rules and consequences otherwise people don’t care and it becomes a free for all . You have disorder and chaos and a lower quality of life for decent folks .
It wasn’t her seat . She doesn’t own it . Because she paid for her metro ticket she feels entitled to act like it’s her own living room .
Of course the metro is still subsidized by the tax payers even though people have to pay for tickets.

But I believe you support BLM right? The group that has a goal of defunding police departments.
