Russian Los Angeles
My questions come to this? Does Los Angeles have a vivid russian population in its metropolitan area? If so, which parts of the LA Metropolitan area?

I agree with Prince. NoCal has a large population of Russians working in high tech engineering positions.

West Hollywood and Hollywood proper for that matter has a large population of Russians. Plummer Park which is but a few blocks from Kat Von D's LA Ink shop in Hollywood is also known as "Russian Park" because 95% of the people (adults and kids) you'll find in the park are Russian. I know this because my wife if Russian and we have many many friends who live in the area.

they are attracted to the weho area due to all of the rent stabilized housing that exists there. most of them are on welfare and every kind of government freebie that they can get into.

Well, the OP didn't say they were looking for gay Russians specifically.
