The large housing projects in NYC sound pretty bad . Aren’t those still around ?

Thing is whether NYC or L.A or any other very desirable city where people from all over the world want to live there is just never going to be enough affordable or low income housing to meet demand . It’s a lotto type system.

Exactly, it's all fun and games until the homeless are sleeping on your street. I'll take the low income housing over that.
