Yes, wake up and smell the coffee. When your downtown area looks like a war refugee camp and there is human excrement and hypodermic needles everywhere, it's time to move out! Especially when those with wealth are asked to pay for all this permissiveness. They are leaving the State in droves and taking their money with them. You lefties are going to be left in a quagmire of debt. Have a nice life!

Really, in my downtown I see none of these things but let folks on YouTube who have an agenda tell you "how it really is". The obsession with California by the rest of the country is insane!!

Thank you for the lesson on how our progressive tax system works....When you are in this tax bracket, every stock sale and capital gain, and everything you make once you hit that magical number is taxed at 13.3%. Too much for my tastes. No thanks!

Not true at all. Not if you’re doing it right!

No polluting other states with your ideas. We don't need another California ruined.
Yes, this should be a REQUIREMENT. They should sleep in the crappy bed they made. It should be a law! Unlike AOC's mamma who moved right down to Florida. Goes along with all the hypocritical stuff AOC does in her personal life that goes against her public persona. I digress.

And that's why I took my big pension you guys paid for and left. I'm very happy with my decision!! Good luck to you. You'll need it.

That's the best joke I've heard all year!! So much better in the Phoenix metro if you do it right....including management of summers which is easy to do.

That's been my experience also. And by Phoenix I mean the metro. There are many very nice places here for a fraction of what people are paying in CA. For example, I bought a very nice condo in a very nice area in basically the middle of the metro for half of what my run down condo in heavy traffic in a high tax state (Bay Area of CA) sold for. I'm very happy. But I need some folks to stay in CA to pay for my high pension so I can continue to enjoy life here in Scottsdale. Thanks, again.
