Three people were found dead following reports of gunfire at an upscale gated community in Porter Ranch on Monday, Feb. 18.

Officers responded to a home in the 20300 block of Via Galileo at about 3:53 p.m. and found three people dead, said Sal Ramirez, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department. He said officers suspect a shooting may have resulted from a burglary attempt.

there showing the houses in the crime area now on TV, there mansions. I read in the paper that the medium house price in Porter Ranch was $710.000 and that was a couple of years ago.
Laws where you have to keep you guns locked up make accessing them in a situation like this impossible.
I go to the big Shepherd church there, people who bought when it was first developed were really lucky.

Looked at a home in 1968 in the original PR development and it was listed at only $29,000.

A case of affluenza, I bet, perpetrated by Malibu's most wanted types.

TV news says the victims new the suspects and let them in the gated Community and in the house. The house was rented and had loud parties and people in and out.
They had a conversation before they were shot and there were signs of a struggle. There was a lady friend of one of the victims upstairs who hears a gunshot and she called 911.
Police say this wasn't a robbery

Based on the article below. this was not a random shooting or robbery attempt with a real bad ending. It's also worth noting that one of the victims was renting the residence. Meanwhile, the LAPD wouldn't say whether drugs were involved. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if this was potentially a drug deal gone wrong.
