Why would I ever leave California?? I specifically asked if there are any places in the LA county where I can have a vasectomy.

But at least there isn't that much ageism, as you said, and you're leaving California.

I'm 32, knew I didn't want to have kids since I was 16 and nothing has changed since. So all of you whom are throwing ageism at this kid, your the close minded ones.

Thank you. I'm 19 now, and I was 15 moving on to 16 when I knew I didn't want kids.

Nobody's throwing anything at him. Theyre basically saying this is a huge decision, and just because you feel sure of it now, doesn't necessarily mean you'll feel the same way 10 or even 5 years down the road.
I mean, normally, I don't think anyone would care less whether this guy has a million kids or no kids at all. But they are just trying to suggest that he know what he's doing before he takes action, because most people have been there. Many through experience I'm sure(on thinking they dont want kids).

And "ageism"? Are you being serious? Is that even a real term?
Its called lack of experience.

By the way, I myself am 21...and to me, getting a vasectomy at this age, is just as dumb as getting someone pregnant on purpose at this age.

They are both final decisions, that I don't think I'd be willing to make at this young age.

Just wrap it up, get your girl to get on the pill, and knock on wood.
