Now THAT'S FUNNY! There's many more per capita in the Los Angeles area than there are in AZ!! Kttam must be eaten' good in her hood!! LOL.

Paradise Valley where I live in AZ has 150% the per capita income than where she lives and twice as many college graduates (according to Wikipedia) so understandable that my city has zero Applebees and hers has many. Good example of how aware some folks are. Not that there's anything wrong with Applebees. It's the snobby liberal thing. If there's a demand for Applebees, great for Applebees. Those of us for freedom don't try to legislate the free market like the socialists like to.

Not bragging, just stating a fact because you are saying alllll of the Phoenix metro sucks. You are the one who was making fun of Arizonans because we all ate at Applebees when your area has multiples times more. Well, apparently someone is eating at yours. There's 16 in the Phoenix metro and 109 in your area. At least. I stopped counting. LOL. And then there's this. But thanks for paying my huge pension!!

Thee survey found cities expect to spend an average of about 15.8 percent of general fund budgets on pensions by 2024, up from an average of 8.3 percent when the survey was conducted. About 10 percent of cities expect to put more than 21 percent from their general funds toward pensions in 2024.

School districts are ramping up what they pay toward pensions and requiring teachers to kick in more.

When the funds don’t meet their annual targets for return-on-investment, governments have to make up the difference. CalPERS’ target rate is 7 percent. As of February, the actual rate so far for the fiscal year was 1.62 percent, the fund’s chief investment officer, Ben Meng, reported. The fund’s chance of closing the gap to meet the target by the end of the fiscal year on June 30 is about 30 percent, based on historical trends, Meng told the CalPERS board.

And I only brought it up because of how she's been dissing us poor Phoenix metro folks. I feel bad.

Even though the city I live in makes Studio City (where she lives) look like the poorest city in Appalachia. (No disrespect meant to Appalachia).

You said you would be retired by 40 which means you are probably in your 20s or 30s which means you don't know much at all because you don't even have enough life experience to know much (by definition). Not your fault. Come back and talk to his when you are 60 or so and your know it all attitude will have changed significantly because life will have taught you many humbling lessons by that time. Kiddo.

And sorry to say but no one really cares if you will retired by 40 except you. You'll still have to fill up your day just like every other human.

So? Having a Applebeeís doesnít mean itís great dining. Itís still a horrible place to eat. The food quality is atrocious. I gave the place a few chances. No thanks.
