Phoenix & Vegas are extremely dry. If you want to look like a lizard, move to those places.
I've met some people in Vegas who were from Texas. They said Texas' summer heat is hotter than Vegas'.
And I've been in these Texas cities in the summer. Austin 105+ humid, Houston 100+ humidity, and Dallas 100 but slightly less humid than those two cities.
talk about lizards and leathernecks.

Glad you are enjoying it. I could see myself there, but cant deal with the cold.

I’ve got about a decade to retirement, and California passed me up about 10 years ago. The politics I can handle. When I lived in DTLA the precinct I voted in went 96% to Obama and that is fine with me. People are free to view politics as they choose and center or center left is a ok. Even liberal is ok if it means feeedom of speech, freedom to pursue whatever religion, etc.

What I can’t handle is the stupidity of socialists combined with intolerance. Liberals don’t let the homeless population implode in less than a decade nor do they pass totalitarian laws such as requiring internet postings to be cleared by a government office of fact checking such as the law written by dangerous imbecile state Senator Richard Pan and passed by the state assembly and Senate.

I really can’t decide which is worse...State Senator Pan, or the mouth breathers that keep voting for him.

Either way, I already know I’m done with CA once I retire here. I was born in the SGV, lived in City of LA most of my adult life, and live in the South Bay, a place that should be one of the best places to live in the world. I have the wife (she was born and has lived her all her life too) fully on board for a move to Las Vegas. I’ve got her considering OKC and Texas. I’ve gotta sell her fully on those as I’m not sure Nevada is gonna hold the line. Theyre where CA was in the 80’s politically so we’ll see. I did get her to vote for a Republican in John Cox for the first time in her life...she hated Newsome. But she hates President Trump also.

From the sound of it they won't be allowed to amass in the same way over there, nor will they be inclined to try.
