Default zip codes question

I read in some place the best areas in Long Beach by zip codes, but can't find it now.
could you please tell me what areas should I avoid?

best zip codes are:

90803 - Belmont Shore, Naples, Peninsula, etc. (beach)
90815 - East Long Beach (suburban)
90807 - Virginia Country Club, Bixby Knolls, etc. (suburban)
90802 - downtown (urban); there are also bad parts in this zip so the closer to the ocean the better
