I lived at Sunset & Fairfax for 2 months last fall. I mainly visited Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Altadena, La Canada, Hollywood, downtown LA, Van Nuys, and Sherman Oaks. I did not notice a higher proportion of hottie women than most anywhere else in USA.

I think Lovehound is telling it like it is. American women go for the power & bucks, especially in more urban areas. Nothing wrong with that, it's quite logical, as Lovehound points out. Almost a survival instinct really. However, it seems American women are increasingly choosing to remove men from the equation (albeit temporarily and not forever).

To meet the hotties in LA, you will need to network in the circles they run. Yeah, a lot of $$$ and flashy opulence and the right connections will get you through the door into those circles. You can meet some out and about in town, but not with great frequency.

Do you know any areas that have childfree girls ages 18-20?

I suppose I do place little value on looks, certainly compared to most people. As someone once told me, a lot of attractiveness is in the personality. To me, you can take a very pretty woman who is sad, somber, and angry, and there's no attractiveness there to me. But you can take a very average looking woman, and if she's upbeat and fun to be around, that creates attractiveness. My issue is, I find so many of the beautiful people in SoCal are the ones who fit the area's negative stereotypes -- stuck up, money hungry, all about image. Yet the vast majority of SoCalers are not like that, based on my experience!

Yes, they all those girls congregate at the exact same location on Saturday nights so that the men can all come and oggle them at the same time.

Indeed, telling it like it is. Not how I want it to be, not how it should be, just how it is. What it is is what it is.

And yes, you don't see the 10s unless you travel in the right circles. A good start would be expensive restaurants in Hollywood and Malibu. You can look but you can't touch unless you have the 6-7 figure income.

Go to Santa Monica and the westside, you'll see a ridiculous amount of hot women. Not just "pretty", but hard bodied types, they work out all the time, lean diets. The prototypical "LA woman" (not sure if that's good or bad, LOL).

They aren't all blonde playboy model types....you see all kinds, tall, short, blonde, brunette, redhead, white, black, asian. Some with kids, some not.

Go to Century City or the Americana, just a ridiculous amount of hot iranian/persian, middle eastern women. Armenians are a large immigrant in Glendale (where the Americana is). I was there a few weeks ago, it looked like a giant Ralph Lauren photoshoot. Or a Dolce and Gabbana ad. Style wise, I dont know where else you'll find that. Maybe Miami or a few other cities.

I've met alot of nice people, you have to look beyond the stereotypes and the images. A few years ago, I was invited to a birthday party of a gorgeous brazilian woman, late 30's, early 40's. I was just an acquaintance, I didn't know her very well. But brazilians have a reputation for being very warm and friendly and nice. She was extremely warm, a real class act. Not something you'd always expect in LA.

Then there are other people you meet.....the divas and hollywood types. Something for everyone.

Be real, go out and have a good time, you'll meet plently of women.

Well, let me just say that last year Los Angeles had to cancel our March of the Virgins parade because one of the virgins got sick and the other one didn't want to march alone.

Just pullin' your chain, podner. Our girls are fairly active sexually but some aren't and others require a few more years before they whelp.
