Default Is there any specific area that would be good for a young entrepreneur?

Ideally as a 26 year old internet entrepreneur, I'd like the following:

- close enough to other entrepreneurs and small businesses to regularly attend networking events

- coffee shops with free wifi nearby to work there

- close enough to other 20-somethings and nightlife, but quiet enough to focus on my business when i need to

- cheap enough apartments ($1000/1 br) that aren't in the ghetto so I don't go broke while I get my company in the black

I'm coming from Arlington, VA and currently pay $2600 for a 2 BR so I know I'm going to be making sacrifices if I'm to get a cheaper apt, but I also know its doable.

Do you recommend any specific areas? Thanks.
