Commute: San Diego La Verne
Hey all,
Just wondering the best way to get to La Verne from San Diego. I have an interview next week in La Verne at 10am. What time should I leave? I am coming from the college area btw.
Thanks for the help...

It's a two hour drive with no traffic, but when has that ever happened..! If it were me, I would leave at 6 Am. I would rather sit in a coffee shop and read the paper for a while, than to get stuck in traffic, be late, and arrive a nervous wreck.

Definitely. I left at 6 am from the SFV for a 10 am interview in Carlsbad and was an hour late. I wish I'd drove down the night before and got a motel.

I agree with this. Stay at Motel 6 or whatever in La Verne. You'll be fresh from a good night's sleep knowing you have a short drive ahead of you and your mind will be at ease. The last thing you need is to drive up the 15 while agonizing over whether you'll be on time.
